You do want to keep in mind that there have also been some studies that have shown that coffee can increase your blood pressure. If you are someone who has high blood pressure you might want to limit the amount of coffee that you consume.

If you are a coffee drinker you can now rest a little easier! If you are not a coffee drinker then you might want to consider starting. Lowering your risk for the diseases listed above might just be worth it!
